Then:
Strong arms circle my waist pulling me away from Brennan’s body. I kick and claw at the air, desperate to get back to him. “Brennan? Brennan?! No! No!” A large hand covers my mouth and my arm is wrenched painfully against my back. A voice growls in my ear, “Listen sweetheart you need to shut the fuck up or both of us are going to be dead. Got it?”
Then: September 8th, 2010
“You can’t. You can’t leave me.” Tears slip down my face mixing with the blood on the sidewalk “Brennan, just hold on love. Someone will be here soon.”
He grabs my hand and I can feel his pulse weakening, “Just listen to me, everything you need to know is in the box in the closet.” He reaches up wincing with the effort and caresses my face, “You’ve always been so beautiful.”
“No. No, this is not it for us. You can’t leave me, I love you.”
He tries to wipe a tear from my cheek but his hands are shaking too badly to manage, “I love you. I always loved you,” His eyes close as he wheezes out the last words.
Then:
Brennan gets down on one knee before me and says just four words, “Will you marry me?”
Then: September 8th, 2010
“What is it?”
Brennan smiles and pushes the gift closer to me. It’s a small square box wrapped carefully in shiny blue paper, a gold ribbon tied tightly around it. “Why don’t you quit asking me questions and open it?” He says, a smirk on his face.
I take the box with shaking hands, surprises have never been my thing, and unwrap it. Inside the paper sits another box, deep blue leather with white trimming. “Brennan, will you just tell me?”
“Open it,” he urges.
I do.
The diamond is what hits me first, it’s small but nestled against the dark velvet lining it sparkles brighter than any other I’ve seen before.
You turn the room a shade of heaven
You know my name.
No one will love me better than your everlasting love
I found only one way in and no way out.

Playing around with Téa’s hair and I saw this one… she looks like a Kardashian…
Last night we saw Brennan’s place in Thornton, tonight we’ll see Téa’s. Téa is a freshman at Riverside University. To save money for medical school Téa lives in the basement of her parents Thornton Heights townhome.
“Well that’s presumptuous”
“Hey, you’re the one who walked into my room unannounced”
“I don’t know why you’ve always side with the villain, you’re more like the heros to me”
“I’m no hero Téa”
“You’re mine.”
twice I turned my back on you
I fell flat on my face but didn’t lose
Brennan and Téa’s story, which I still have no name for, will probably start posting sometime next week after my birthday :) If anyone has any name suggestions (even though you guys have no idea what the story’s about) send ‘em on over!
